Created the initial NeoCities information architecture with dedicated pages for how the system works, use cases, forking, documentation, and project updates.
Update policy
Prefer fewer, substantive updates over a high-volume news feed. Each update should use a real date, a descriptive heading, and links to stable documentation when behavior or architecture changes.
